In 2001, Mr. Benish published the book
“Baraka ha hey Benish” (Sparks of Vision), a collection
of short stories and narratives. Mr. Benish's book became
highly regarded among Afghans in both the United States
and Europe. His stories were reminiscent of the pre-Soviet
times in Afghanistan, an era cherished by Afghans abroad.

Due to the immense popularity of "Baraka
ha hey Benish" (Sparks of Vision), a translation
of six of Mr. Benish's short stories was published in
Germany by Yunus Hakimi and Ruth Brandenbergere in 2006.

In 2005, the book a "Translation of 100 Hadith
from Sahih Bukhari" was published by Ustad Ehrari
and Abdul Rashid Benish, with the great help of Abdul
Ghani Mojadedi. The translation of the 100 hadith was
performed by Ustad Ehrari, while the entire book was
handwritten by Abdul Rashid Benish in beautiful Farsi
calligraphy. The book was published as a gift for friends,
family, and the entire Afghan and Persian community
and was not-for-profit. You can download
